Saccharomyces boulardii

Saccharomyces boulardii is a hardy, acid-resistant, temperature-tolerant micro-organism that is not affected by antibacterial agents or antibiotics. This yeast works as a ‘probiotic’ by colonising the intestinal tract and supporting the growth of friendly bacteria.
